公民黨回應「優化土地供應策略:維港以外填海及發展岩洞」

政府在第二階段公眾參與提出五個填海、一個人工島選址，以及將三項公共設施遷入岩洞，公民黨就填海、中部水域的人工島及發展岩洞3方面提出意見。
