公民黨回應「東涌新市鎮擴展研究」第二階段公眾諮詢意見書

就東涌新市鎮擴展研究，政府提出兩個主題方案發展東涌東，分別為「宜居城市」及「經濟活力」，兩個方案均涉及填海120公頃；而東涌西側以發展保育平衡為主題，方案涉及填海14公頃。
