公民黨回應特首有關「積極不干預政策」的信件

行政長官於2006 年9 月19 日發表文章，回應公民黨較早前的公開信，謹此致謝。只可惜，該篇文章非但未澄清有關問題，反造成更多混淆。文章並無直接回應我們提出的簡單問題：政府有沒有改變多年來奉行的積極不干預政策？
