公民黨對《修訂「富戶政策」》的意見書

房委會於本年一月提出修訂「富戶政策」的建議，將以往的「雙軌制」改為「單軌制」，即公屋租戶只要入息超出限額五陪或資產超出入息限額100倍，即須遷離。雖然公民黨認同加強合理分配資源的方向，是合理的原則。可是上述措施對改善公屋輪候時間等同杯水車薪，同時實際上將看似較有能力的住戶推向熾熱的私樓市場。此乃非根治問題之舉，只是將其轉換成另一社會問題。
