公民黨對《全民退休保障計劃》意見書

政府現時強調以「三條支柱」支撐長者的退休生活：綜援﹑強積金和個人儲蓄，即使再加上生果金，亦未能保障每名長者均能在退休後得到有尊嚴的生活，更惶論應對人口老化的衝擊。
