公民黨對《加強文化藝術軟件及培育人才的措施》的意見書

香港特區政府的文化政策近年一直被民間大力批評，指流於空洞，支離破碎，缺乏清晰方向和明確指標，實在難以在眼前急劇變化和日趨複雜的本地及全球社會經濟環境中，為我們的文化現狀把脈，為未來的發展定位。現在民政局這份文件（CB(2)245/07-08(03), 2007年 11 月），在政策方向和主體內容上依然交了白卷，對此公民黨感到十分失望：我們看不到當局能有承擔地向廣大市民提出具體的文化發展理念、方針和目標，以帶領香港社會，去有效落實文件所指的文化政策「四大元素」。
