意見書

公民黨對《填補立法會議席空缺安排》意見書

公民黨認為，現行的補選機制一直行之有效，對於取消補選，改而遞補或替補方案，根本就是多此一舉。我們強烈建議政府應維持現狀，即如有議席出缺，應以現行單議席單票制形式舉行補選。
