公民黨對《大學學術自由》綜合意見書

近期，左派報章及中聯辦宣傳部長郝鐵川相繼點名抨擊學術界內支持民主運動的學者，及高調指摘港大民意研究計劃總監鍾庭耀就港人身份認同的調查為「不科學」、「不合邏輯」，事態嚴重。公民黨強烈譴責這種刻意引起寒蟬效應，令學術界投鼠忌器、左右學者研究或發表有可能得罪中央或當權者言論的做法。公民黨認為，此等企圖干預學術自由的行為，十分卑劣可恥，已經嚴重動搖了一國兩制、港人治港、高度自治的原則。對此，我們表示高度關注及極度不滿，相信社會各界有識之士亦有同感。
