意見書

公民黨對《展望香港高等教育體系》的意見

大學教育資助委員會於2010年12月發表《展望香港高等教育體系》報告（下稱「報告」），試圖從宏觀角度審視本港高等教育發展的前景，教資會的一些提議雖流於籠統，也缺乏具體細節，但公民黨仍表歡迎，認為此舉有助社會聚焦於高等教育當前所面臨的諸多問題。我們基於高等教育對社會發展的長遠影響，提出對「報告」的意見如下。
