公民黨對《未來發電燃料組合諮詢文件》的意見書

有關環境局於本年三月公佈的《未來發電燃料組合諮詢文件》，文件封面提出「優化燃料組合 開展長遠規劃」。公民黨認為，文件不但未能為本港燃料組合作出真正改善建議，反而引起更多疑團，令市民對能源發展未來方向感到困惑。因此，公民黨對環境局是次諮詢工作表示費解，並向特區政府以下質疑。
