意見書

公民黨對《競爭條例草案》的意見書

對於商務及經濟發展局局長蘇錦樑有意在公平競爭法中作出「讓步」，公民黨認為若果「讓步」之後的後果會令公平競爭法成為「無牙老虎」，公民黨會反對政府所提出的修訂議案，甚至法例草案。
