公民黨對《競爭條例草案》的意見書

現時全球超過100個國家已經訂立公平競爭法，對於為何香港在確保公平競爭力方面落後於世界其他地方，國際社會亦不時提出質疑。一方面，香港因為沒有任何貿易屏障而被譽為世界上最自由的經濟體系，但同一時間，在港營商的投資者，卻往往須面對大量無形的市場限制和障礙。公民黨希望政府利用立法機會，展現出應有的魄力，制定一個符合香港營商環境，能有效打破少數大財團壟斷局面的機制，以保障中小企業和小市民能透過競爭求進的機會。
