公民黨對《處理中學生人口下降帶來的問題的措施》綜合意見書

公民黨一直為下一代爭取更理想的學習環境，讓他們透過多元和全面的學習，建立自我，發揮潛能，成為日後香港這個公民社會的棟樑。為此，公民黨一直爭取在中學實施小班教學。現時正值入讀中一的學生人數出現下降趨勢，正是落實中學小班教學的理想時機。
