公民黨對《西九文化區管理局工作及西九計劃最新發展》綜合意見書

公民黨、文化界和民間社會持份者期望西九管理局在西九文化區的硬件規劃和建設過程中，致力向政府倡議，並聯合相關部門，策劃和開展長遠的多元化人才培育計劃，以期策略地結合文化軟件的設計和發展，推動全方位的文化工程，嘗試突破現時制度下本地文化公民培育之嚴重不足；政府及西九文化區管理局亦應珍惜未來日子，務求於十年之內，有效地增進市民大眾（尤其是年青一代）的整體文化知識和素養，豐富香港的文化、藝術和創作的土壤。
