公民黨對《規管一手住宅物業銷售建議條例》綜合意見書

公民黨認為政府推出的建議法例參照了立法規管一手住宅物業銷售督導委員會報告及公眾諮詢中提出的建議。公民黨歡迎政府堅持規管一手樓銷售手法及以實用面積作銷售計算的大原則，認為政府可在藍紙草案上再作出修訂，研究規管一手樓的銷售手法及法例的適用範圍，進一步保障消費者。
