公民黨對《規管一手住宅物業銷售建議法例公眾諮詢》綜合意見書

公民黨認為政府推出的建議法例參照了立法規管一手住宅物業銷售督導委員會報告中的建議，相比2000年推出的《未建成住宅物業銷售說明條例草案》，是次條例草案的涵篕範圍已大大擴展至不限於樓花，亦包括規管現樓和舊契未建成住宅項目的銷售，公民黨認為這適當地回應了社會的意見。
