公民黨對《連繫九龍東–環保連接系統》的意見書

自從特區政府開展啟德發展計劃後，公民黨十分關注九龍東(包括黃大仙及觀塘) 與新發展區域的交通連繫。環保連接系統對加強新舊區的融合十分重要，讓居民享受新發展區的設施。特區政府在2013年發表的諮詢文件顯示，當局以高架單軌鐵路作為環保連接系統的唯一方案，並展開了第二階段諮詢。

就此，公民黨提出關注事項及建議。
