公民黨對《選民登記制度優化措施》意見書

公民黨非常關注有關去年區議會選舉中被揭發的多宗懷疑種票和選舉舞弊事件，認為政府當局應及早改革現時的選民登記制度，確保選舉的公平公正，並挽回市民對香港投票制度的信心。公民黨重申，選舉事務處有責任確保選民登記名冊內容的準確，並防止例如種票或選舉舞弊的各種行為，這是政府的法定責任，不能隨便推卸給市民。就當局於有關諮詢文件中所提出的建議，公民黨有以下的回應。
