公民黨對《香港國際機場2030規劃大綱》綜合意見書
公民黨於本年7月19日向傳媒發新聞稿，就香港機場管理局於2011年6月初發表《香港國際機場2030規劃大綱》（「大綱」）後提出的公眾諮詢發表意見。公民黨在初步意見書中，要求香港機場管理局公開「大綱」內所有有關的顧問研究和報告全文，包括「大綱」內列出的9份顧問報告和未有列出的相關報告。在多翻追問下，機場管理局終於在8月5日才公開其中的8份顧問研究和報告。公開有關報告後，不但未有釋除公眾的疑慮，報告內容更暴露「大綱」內容中，部份欠缺數據及學術支持。當中有關對空氣及周邊環境噪音污染的評估，更引起環保團體及公眾的關注。
