公民黨對《2012年商品說明(不良營商手法)(修訂)條例草案》意見書

公民黨過去數年接觸不同階層的市民的經驗中，瞭解不少市民曾經遭受不同行業的銷售人員，以不同形式的不良營商手法侵犯消費權益。例如市民曾經受美容中心的銷售人員以誤導或威脅的手法游說購買根本不適合他們的美容療程，亦有市民遭健身中心職員誤導而花大筆款項購買健身會籍，有些求助市民更因此導致自己甚至家庭出現嚴重的財政問題。因此，公民黨多年來一直關注消費者權益，並積極倡議政府當局透過立法保障消費者權益。
