公民黨對「扶貧委員會工作的回顧與前瞻」意見書

公民黨一直要求重開扶貧委員會，以紓緩政府政策傾斜而日益嚴重的貧富懸殊。可惜，當委員會重新召開後，兩項重要工作——全民退休保障及貧窮線，卻未能盡如人意。
