公民黨對「有關規管醫療儀器立法建議」意見書

對於是次政府的立法建議，公民黨認為是「九牛一毛、總好過冇」。公民黨一直贊成盡快對醫療美容作規管，令市民得到保障。但政府在立法建議中，卻似乎未能一擊即中重點，政府著重醫療儀器的分級，高風險的需要由醫生負責，規管針對儀器及負責的醫生；但對服務提供者，包括經營者、公司股東等卻輕輕放過。
