意見書

公民黨對「檢討學前教育學券計劃」之意見書

公民黨曾於2009年3月20日向立法會提交對「學前教育學券計劃」之意見書(附件一)指出「學券計劃」面臨的三個主要問題, 並提交五項建議。但可惜現有的「檢討學前教育學券計劃」報告只交待了檢討工作小組的成立、會議次數、學券面值的增長等，並未有確切回應上述問題。故此公民黨在此重申：
