公民黨對「第二階段醫療融資公眾諮詢」的意見書

公民黨同意，現時市面上的醫療保險，未能滿足部分投保者的期望。我們同意政府有必要加強對醫療保險的監管，以令有能力及有意使用私營醫療服務的市民得到合適選擇。然而，公民黨認為文件中倡議的醫保計畫並不能有效保障市民，尤其不能令最有需要的弱勢社羣受助，故此我們難以認同運用公帑資助醫保計畫。
