公民黨對「西九龍文化區」計劃的初步回應

雖然特首在剛發表的〈施政報告〉說政府重視西九文化區的發展，也承認軟件發展的重要，但是，在目前缺乏清晰理路的文化政策製訂機制的情況下，香港要孕育各種文化創作及管理人才、加強各層面觀眾的培養和教育、推行文化跟社區的互動和相向發展，都是目標不清、方向模糊、而困難重重的。
