公民黨對「選舉廣告規管事宜檢討諮詢文件」的意見書

對於政制及內地事務局就選舉廣告規管事宜檢討進行諮詢工作，公民黨表示歡迎。在互聯網急速發展的社會，利用互聯網進行競選宣傳已變得愈來愈普遍。在今年的區議會選舉當中，不少候選人均透過互聯網發佈選舉廣告及訊息。因此，現行的選舉指引，尤其有關以電子形式發佈的選舉廣告之部份，亦必需因應互聯網此一新興媒體的特色而有所修訂。
