公民黨對「長遠減碳策略」公眾參與的意見書

2015年，全球多達196個締約方歷史性簽署《 巴黎協定》，目標是要控制全球平均溫度升幅在工業化前以上水平的2°C之內， 並會盡努力控制在1.5°C之內1。公民黨認為，為保護地球而言，減低生活中的碳排放是最有效 的方法達到上述目標，但當我們著開源（即開發新能源 ）的時候，同時不能忽視節流（即減低碳排放）的步伐及重要性。
