意見書

公民黨對中學教學語言之意見

教育局就中學教學語言推行「微調政策」，表示「微調政策」目的之一是要續漸淡化英中、中中的標籤效應。同時將教學語言的主導權下放校本管理，當學校具備「教師英語授課能力」，「學生英文學習能力」及「學校相應的配套」下，學校便可自行彈性開辦英語授課班，讓學生有較多機會學習英語。這已是老師、家長及學生都熟知的事情，但教育局似乎未有就在公開諮詢會中聽到的意見和建議作出積極的回應及跟進。
