公民黨對全民退休計劃的意見書

公民黨支持全民退休保障計劃，是秉承中國人傳統的理念：「老有所依，老有所養。」讓每位長者最少都可以有尊嚴地過著基本的退休生活。現時香港的家庭結構，一般都是3-4人為主，再不是六、七十年代子女眾多的大家庭，供養父母只能靠1-2名子女；加上香港地產霸權當道，很多家庭把大部份收入都花在住屋、子女教育、醫療上，已經沒有能力供養父母。
