公民黨對<香港旅遊業的運作和規管架構檢討>的意見書

公民黨認為香港政府對旅遊業缺乏長遠目標、規劃及發展策略，多年來容許現行的雙軌規管制度，令致旅遊業接二連三發生連串的醜聞已令香港作為國際旅遊城市的形象蒙羞。 時代不斷進步，公民黨促請政府盡快全面規管旅遊業，要杜絕旅遊業「自己人管自己人」，增強規管機構的公信力及獨立性，加強政府對旅遊業問責制度及透明度，有效幫助旅遊業的持續發展。
