公民黨對電訊（修訂）條例草案的意見

政府提出的電訊（修訂）條例草案，對牌照申請人的財務、管理能力及經驗的要求皆非常嚴格，存在過份苛刻之處。假如條例獲得通過，相信只有大財團才有能力取得發放聲音廣播的牌照。公民黨認為，這種過份苛刻的發牌規定，並不切合時宜，亦不符合香港整體利益。
