公民黨對香港機場擴建的初步意見書

香港機場管理局在2011年6月發表《香港國際機場2030規劃大綱》，諮詢公眾意見。鑑於政府及機管局公佈的資料不全，公民黨只能基於現有資料發表初步意見。
