意見書

公民黨就《以屋邨為本的社會福利服務規劃》提交意見書

新邨落成量持續增加，過去5年新邨數目達23個、單位總量近6萬，而未來5年新單位數目會進一步增至7.56萬。但隨着新建的公屋單位落成，居民遷入新屋邨時，特別是那些較大型或較偏遠的屋邨，社會福利欠缺整全規劃，公共服務尚未完善，往往配套設施不足，再加上居民本身欠缺社區網絡，遇到生活困難時，不少居民往往感到十分無助。因此，公民黨認為政府當局必要重新檢視現行新屋邨社區規劃。
