意見書

公民黨就《元朗橫洲公共房屋發展計劃》提交的意見書

面對房屋需求上升，公屋輪候時間長達4.5年，的確有興建公共房屋的需要。可是，官商鄉黑疑團未解、先綠後棕的發展模式、顧問公司盜用政府數據等，均顯示橫洲發展項目的程序並不符合公眾期望。公民黨認為，政府必須公開更多資料，釋除公眾疑慮。
