公民黨就《兩家電力公司的《管制計劃協議》2013年中期檢討》綜合意見書

公民黨自成立以來，多年來一直關注香港的電力市場發展，亦關注兩間電力公司連年調升電費，不斷加重用戶經濟負擔。公民黨一直要求政府當局檢討現行的電力市場規管機制，並因應社會的發展趨勢和市民對社會的期望進行適當的修訂。本意見書旨在闡述公民黨就兩間電力公司《管制協議》中期檢討及香港電力市場長遠發展的意見及建議。
