意見書

公民黨就《公共交通策略研究》的意見書

政府於1999年完成第三次《整體運輸研究》，旨在提供政策綱領讓政府規劃一套適用到2016年的交通系統。可是自1999年後，政府再無整體檢視香港運輸的策略及佈局，亦無評估長遠要面對的挑戰及無提出整全的運輸藍圖。直至第三次《整體運輸研究》於2016年到期，政府仍未能就運輸策略作出適時更新。對此公民黨認為過去多屆政府辜負了整個城市，我們表示極度失望。
