意見書

公民黨就《公共政策研究資助計劃》綜合意見書

中央政策組首席顧問較早前宣佈收回「公共政策研究計劃」每年二千萬元的研究撥款，交由中央政策組自行審批各撥款申請，一改以往透過研究資助局審批撥款申請的做法。

公民黨翻查過去的資料，發現中央政策組的做法，與當年董建華特首提出此計劃時原意有很明顯的出入。公民黨認為政府當局應該維持現行的研究撥款審批機制，以保障學術自由及有關公共政策研究價值。
