意見書

公民黨就《制定持續授權書法例》意見書

政府就2011年法改會發表的《持久授權書:個人照顧事宜》提出修訂，建議擴闊其適用範圍，除涵蓋授權人財產及財務決定之外，亦可涵蓋就授權人個人照護之決定，我們認為這個修訂是可接受的，亦有部份回應了制定授權書的授權人及受權人的期望，然而持久授權書在涵蓋內容及推廣都需要有所增加，才可以吸引更多市民留意及採用，就此，公民黨有4類建議。
