意見書

公民黨就《區分醫療程序和美容服務工作小組的建議》綜合意見書

瘦身、美容等保健組織一向缺乏規管制度，令到市民得不到受保障的服務。現時開設美容院，只需要申請一般商業登記便可。美容院聘請美容師也沒有一定的標準，美容院與美容師水準參差不齊。
