意見書

公民黨就《區議會選舉活動建議指引》的意見書

選舉管理委員會於今年6月宣佈更新選舉指引，引入確認書制度，亦擬於今年11月的區議會選舉正式實施，候選人必須簽署「確認書」作為提名程序的條件。公民黨認為做法絕不合理，亦極具爭議，不應草率通過，並對此提出反對。
