意見書

公民黨就《國歌條例草案》意見書

2019 年 1 月 9 日，政府推出《國歌條例草案》，內地通過的《國歌法》正式進入 本地立法階段。對於香港即將訂立此條窒礙市民表達自由的法律，公民黨感到非常憂慮。如果政府拒絕維護市民受《基本法》保障的言論自由，繼續在立法會強推草案，公民黨將嚴正反對草案。
