意見書

公民黨就《安老服務計劃方案》提交意見書

根據政府統計數字2015年10月公布的《2015年至2064年香港人口推算》顯示，65歲或以上的長者佔全港人口比例將由2014年的15.4%升至2034年的30%，再進一步升至2064年的36%；即到2064年每三名港人，其中一人將為65歲或以上的長者1。隨著人口高齡化，長者社區照顧服務質與量，必須相應增加支援。
