意見書

公民黨就《定額罰款(交通違例事項)條例》及《定額罰款(刑事訴訟)條例》提交意見書

港府擬修例增加俗稱「牛肉乾」的違例泊車定額罰款，建議將罰款額增加五成，即450元及680元。公民黨認為此舉並非對症下藥，不能解決違泊問題。
