公民黨就《就香港愛滋病建議策略(2017-2021)制訂的愛滋病回應措施》的意見書

自1981年6月6日，美國疾病控制與預防中心通報全球首宗愛滋病毒感染案例，愛滋病於世界各國蔓延。80年代，世界各國均對於愛滋病心存偏見與歧視，甚至放棄優先處理研究愛滋病的治療，至今愛滋病已造成超過三千萬人死亡。
