公民黨就《撒瑪利亞基金和關愛基金醫療援助項目經濟審查機制的檢討結果》意見書
公 民 黨 一 直 十 分 關 注 藥 物 名 冊 令 病 人「 無 錢 無 藥 醫 」的 情 況。醫 管 局 自 2005 年 推 行 的 藥 物 名 冊 制 度，將 價 錢 較 高 的 藥 物 列 為「 非 常 規 藥 物 」，要 求 病 人 自 費 購 買。若 然 需 要 病 人 自 費 長 期 服 用 這 些 非 常 規 藥 物，就 算 是 中 產 市 民 也 根 本 難 以 負 擔。結 果 藥 物 名 冊 變 相 令「 無 錢 無 藥 醫 」 的 情 況 出 現 。
林 鄭 月 娥 特 首 在 今 年《 施 政 報 告 》宣 布，在 檢 討 現 時 藥 費 分 擔 經 濟 審 查 機 制 後，將 作 出 修 訂。公 民 黨 歡 迎 政 府 的 檢 討，但 認 為 方 案 必 需 作 出 以 下 改 善 ， 才 能 有 效 援 助 市 民 。
