意見書

公民黨就《新界東北新發展區第三階段諮詢》綜合意見書

政府近年一直聲稱發展新界東北地區，開發新市鎮，主要是為了應付香港持續增長的人口。然而，公民黨認為，政府在多項爭議性問題上仍未解決(如發展區是為誰發展？)，香港廣大市民，特別是受影響、甚至被「滅村」的村民在未被充分諮詢的情況下，不斷強行推展有關計劃，實在令人難以接受。

公民黨認為，在未消除以下公眾疑慮前，政府必需撤回有關計劃，並重新諮詢市民。
