公民黨就《旅遊業條例草案》的意見書

過去數年，導遊或領隊違規個案屢見不鮮，由辱罵團友、到強逼團友購物、甚至傷亡事件都曾經發生。上述種種事件對本港旅遊業界產生非常負面的影響，嚴重損害本港「東方之珠」旅遊之都的聲譽，直接拖累本港旅遊業的發展。因此政府就旅遊業的運作及規管架構在2011年進行公眾諮詢，以改革現時監管旅行代理商、領隊與導遊的機制。公民黨對《旅遊業條例草案》中成立「旅遊業監管局」規管旅行代理商、導遊及領隊表示歡迎。
