意見書

公民黨就《有關支援沒有領取綜合社會保障援助的露宿者》意見書

根據政府向立法會所呈交的文件指出，社會福利署現時資助共三個非政府機構去營辦露宿者綜合服務隊，但仍然有很多露宿者無法或不願意接受服務，這都與現時的制度對受眾有諸多不便不無關係。
