公民黨就《檢討公共福利金計劃下傷殘津貼申請的審批制度》綜合意見書

公民黨對於現時的傷殘津貼制度，表示遺憾。傷殘津貼最初設立的原意，為嚴重殘疾人士提供一些經濟援助，以應付殘疾為他們帶來的特別需要。現時普通傷殘津貼金額為每月1,395元；而高額傷殘津貼金額是2,790元。要符合申請傷殘津貼資格的人士，必須是喪失百分之一百的工作能力，試問一千多元的津貼，對他們又有何幫助呢？
