公民黨就《檢討法定最低工資水平》綜合意見書

公民黨一直支持最低工資立法，經過漫長的討論，各方的努力，香港法定最低工資為每小為28元已落實了一年半。但由於各種經濟及社會因素，通脹繼續肆虐，去年基本綜合消費物價指數百分之五點三，而最新的統計數字顯示，今年整體消費物價按年升3.8%，故此，最低工資所帶來的收入升幅已逐漸為通脹抵銷，基層市民生活因通脹而百上加斤。
